Festival Gala Concert

Our beloved festival patron Magdalena Kožená has been delighting audiences around the world for more than three decades with her exceptional singing talent, enhanced by her inimitable vocal elegance and almost infinite range of emotional expression. She also excels as a distinctive creator of imaginative concert programs that transcend the boundaries of eras and styles. Magdalena is dedicating her April recital in her native Brno to the fans of our festival. Together with the excellent lutenist Daniele Caminiti, they have prepared an impressive story in which the tones of delicate Renaissance songs and refined Baroque arias are embellished with the highly virtuosic music of the avant-garde composer Luciano Berio.
