Fifteen days from now, the eagerly awaited D-Day will arrive: on Friday 31 January, we will publish the complete programme of the 30th edition of our festival. If you’ve read the words of this year’s brilliant dramaturge, Jelle Dierickx, you’ll already have an idea of the music that will accompany this year’s festive rondo, and you’ll have discovered that meteorologists are predicting a repeat of the legendary and beneficial Flemish storm for South Moravia this June. You also know that our outstanding artist in residence will be Frenchman Jean Rondeau. The audiences who heard him in Milotice and Tišnov in 2021 were captivated by his virtuoso harpsichordist skills, but it may come as a surprise to you that despite his youth he has already mastered all the keyboards and is no less an accomplished organist, pianist, composer and improviser.
